Fermented onsite in Wakefield from Grade A molasses, then distilled and aged for over a year in a single ex-Wild Turkey bourbon barrel, this golden rum is unblended, isn’t chill filtered, and is one-of-a-kind.

Every drop comes from just one cask, making this a truly limited edition release. Once it’s gone, it’s gone — and no future cask will ever taste quite the same.

Each bottle comes with a signed collectors card so you can keep a record of the release notes.

• Nose: Rich molasses, toasted oak, vanilla cream
