At Forged Spirits, we do things differently. We ferment our molasses onsite — a rare craft in the UK, with only around 30 distilleries doing so nationwide. This gives us full control over the flavour profile from start to finish. Our proprietary fermentation and distillation process ensures every bottle is rich, smooth, and bursting with character.

Forged White Rum
Our Forged White Rum is anything but ordinary. Bursting with rich butterscotch and molasses tones, this rum is incredibly expressive, with the kind of smooth, deep flavour you’d expect from an aged rum. Forged Dark Spiced Rum
No artificial colour here. Our Dark Spiced Rum gets its deep hue and complex flavour from a natural rum “essence” developed through our secret finishing technique. Blended with our unique spice mix, this is the rum you’ll want in your next Rum Old Fashioned, Dark ‘n’ Stormy, or poured over ice with a twist of orange.
Expect warmth, depth, and the signature Forged kick of spice in every sip.
Forged Golden Spiced Rum
Aged first in oak casks, then spiced to perfection, our Golden Spiced Rum offers the best of both worlds. Smooth, oaky undertones balance with warm spices, making it ideal for a Spiced Rum Punch, Rum Sour, or simply neat by the fire.
It plays well in rum cocktails but shines on its own.
Forged Golden Rum
Matured in oak casks imported from Kentucky, our Golden Rum carries deep flavours of bourbon-soaked wood, vanilla, and soft spice. We even have these casks recoopered to our custom specs to extract maximum flavour.
