Begin with an introduction to rum production and distillation. Explore different flavour profiles from across the Caribbean, including distinctive Jamaican styles, and discover what appeals to you both.

Compare your preferences and find inspiration for your recipe. Will you choose warming spices, bright citrus or a combination of the two?

Two people, one bespoke rum

Starting with Forged White Rum, choose your spices, herbs and citrus together to create your recipe.

Add your selected ingredients to a traditional copper still and redistil the rum, learning how your choices influence its aroma and flavour. From your first ingredient to your final combination, you’ll work together to shape your creation.

Drinks for both participants are included throughout the session, giving you time to relax and enjoy the experience along the way.

Choose your finishing flavours

After distillation, you can add finishing flavours such as banana or pineapple to give your rum a tropical twist.

You can also leave your rum as distilled and let your chosen spices, herbs and citrus shine. Together, you decide how to finish your bottle.

Continue experimenting at home

Take home your shared personalised 700ml bottle, along with your recipe sheet, a Forged Spirits tote bag and an oak ageing kit.

If you’d like to explore oak ageing, use the included oak spiral to age your rum in a jar at home. Discover how its flavour and character change over time and continue experimenting with the rum you created together.
