This month, we’re delivering a spirit inspired by Kerry—one of our own community members who challenged us to ditch the status quo and bottle the raw energy, a Cuban-inspired Gin.

The Flavour Profile
Escape to the Cuban coast with our latest Explorer Series release – a gin inspired by sun-drenched beaches, vibrant cocktails and warm Caribbean air.
At its heart, this expression is built on a bright citrus core of lime and lemon, layered with carefully selected botanicals to evoke the tropical character of a classic June Bug cocktail. A gentle pineapple note brings soft fruitiness, balanced by delicate spice and a clean, coastal salinity.
The result is a gin that feels both refreshing and transportive — equally at home in a crisp G&T or as the base of a vibrant summer cocktail.
Crafted in small batches at our Yorkshire distillery, this limited release captures a moment, a place, and a flavour worth exploring.
