Gemma's Flavours of
THe North yorkshire coast
Explore the Flavours of the North Yorkshire Coast
This month’s Explorers Club Gin takes us to the North Yorkshire coast, inspired by Gemma’s memories of family adventures from Robin Hood’s Bay and Staithes to Runswick Bay, Saltburn, Sandsend and Whitby.
A Taste of Late Summer by the Sea
Camping overlooking Robin Hood’s Bay, long coastal walks, family picnics and cosy evenings — Gemma’s story captured everything we love about escaping to the Yorkshire coast.
But one memory stood out: picking wild blackberries and flowers with the family.
That became the inspiration for this month’s gin.
Blackberry, Wildflowers & Citrus
We’ve created a juniper-led gin using elderflower, meadowsweet and lemon peel to bring delicate floral notes and a fresh citrus lift.
Once distilled, the gin is infused with freeze-dried blackberries, creating its beautiful colour and giving the spirit a genuine depth of ripe blackberry flavour.
The result is dry, fruit-forward and beautifully balanced — juicy blackberry at its heart, surrounded by fragrant wildflowers, fresh citrus and classic juniper.
