For this month’s exclusive Explorer Club release, our member Richard took us on a journey to his favourite place on the world—Verona, Italy. Inspired by vibrant Italian piazzas, afternoon Aperol Spritzes in the sunshine, and memories of his global travels with the Royal Navy, we set out to bottle the pure essence of a Veronese evening.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Bright orange zest, crisp lemon peel, and classic aromatic juniper.

• Palate: Unmistakably citrus-forward. Layers of sweet and bitter orange give way to subtle rhubarb sharpness and a gentle herbal complexity.

• Finish: Long, smooth, and refined. A soft, lingering bitterness transitions into hints of dark cacao and a distinct Mediterranean character.
