We’ve paired our Handcrafted Strawberry & Raspberry Pink Gin with Fever-Tree White Grape & Apricot Soda to create a serve that’s light, refreshing and full of delicate fruit character, finished with rich citrus aromatics from dehydrated blood orange.

In this serve, soft berry notes meet subtle white grape and apricot, creating a crisp, sparkling drink that feels refined rather than overly sweet.

  • Forged Strawberry & Raspberry Pink Gin: Fruity, vibrant and handcrafted in Yorkshire.
  • Fever-Tree White Grape & Apricot Soda: Delicate, lightly sparkling and aromatic.

The Serve:

  1.  ⁠Prep: Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice.
  2. ⁠Pour: Add 50ml Forged Strawberry & Raspberry Pink Gin.
  3. ⁠Top: Pour over 200ml Fever-Tree White Grape & Apricot Soda.
  4. ⁠Garnish: Add the dehydrated blood orange wheel.
