FEBRUARY PASSION FRUIT GIN & PINEAPPLE
THIS MONTH’S EXPLORER CLUB COCKTAIL
A bright, tropical cocktail that balances juicy sweetness with a crisp citrus edge.
Made with;
- 200ml pineapple juice
- 50ml Forged Spirits Passion Fruit Gin
- Fresh juice of half a lime
This drink delivers layers of sun-ripened fruit and zesty sharpness. A subtle pinch of salt enhances the sweetness of the pineapple and intensifies the vibrant passion fruit botanicals, creating a beautifully rounded flavour profile.
Shaken hard and served chilled, it’s finished with a fresh lime wheel garnish for a fragrant citrus lift on the nose.
Flavour profile: Tropical • Zesty • Lightly tart • Refreshingly smooth
Perfect for summer evenings, terrace sipping, or whenever you want a little sunshine in your glass. 🍹
We’d also love to ask a quick favour—we want your next box to be our best yet! We’d love to hear your thoughts on what we should include next. I would love a bramble inspired gin /garnish as that is my absolute favourite cocktail
Hey Michelle,
We love a bramble! especially with our Yorkhire strenght gin.
I would love something to celebrate the turn of the season. Crisp to reflect the turn from winter to spring, and something light like the chilly air. Nothing super floral because I’m not a fan. It should put a smile on your face and make you feel hopeful about the year to come as we enjoy more sunny days. Craft for feeling, not flavour with this one.
Hi Ross,
Teh change of the seasons is truly a special time indeed!
Something that reflects spring, with fresh notes of blossom. Maybe hints of apple or cherry
Sounds lovely.
I’m a lover of a stronger gin. So anything citrus and juniper heavy and 47% plus. Pink grapefruit garnish and peppercorns to really sour it up. Alternatively anything with a salty finish to remind me that seaside trips will soon be here. Garnish of an olive or rosemary
right up my street! I will be considering all these suggestions when we venture into the devlopment of our spring gin!
