We have been working hard on developing our Yorkshire vodka for 6 months now, everything from yeast strain selection to the choice of distilling equipment. But who would believe how hard it would be to find some Yorkshire grown winter wheat! Well we did find some and then after finding it we must have driven past a hundred fields full of the stuff lately. After the recent hot spell the farmers were forced to harvest it early and we now have a good source to secure Gods own country’s bounty all year round.
